It's Just Okay, But Be Ready To Turn Wrenches.
Model Year: 1998
I no longer own this tractor but thought it might be good to at least have a review since there aren't any. This was my first tractor and I was only 26, so money was tight and it wasn't needed everyday. Despite all what I heard, I bought it. It did give me a fair amount of trouble, especially with the starter that kept sticking in and ruining itself. I put an aftermarket gear reduced starter in, so it would start in cold weather and boy what a difference! The alternator kept cooking the batteries so I put an aftermarket one on too. The nuts and bolts around the tractor kept coming loose due to the poor quality Russian steel, so I replaced any that were needed with high quality ones, especially on the drive-shaft. They worked loose and twisted the drive-shaft up a couple of times on me, once even breaking the entire rear end cast housing, but the dealer fixed it under warranty. Overall, it was an easy tractor to fix and maintain, but it did have issues.
Pros: Ease of maintenance and excellent on fuel.
Cons: Overall low quality and just a cheap tractor that needs constant TLC
