Once again thanks for the info I guess I will load it up and take to the shop hope the damage to my wallet is not to much but with all this rain I gottta have it I limmped through the yard today so it should be good for about a week thanks and have a good night Ed

Went and picked up the 1700 from the shop today don't know what he did as the mechanic was gone when i got there but its running like a race car compared to a volkswagon only cost 50.00 thank god now if it would just quit raining

Where's that shop? I want to bring my tractor there, I don't care if it's 800 miles away.

I have a 1700 and have read your threads. I would be interested in what the mechanic did for future reference.

Well, WE know he didn't have to do a rebuild
hurm, cleaned and adjusted the fuel injectors is my bet!
I gotta Edit this one: I appreciate hearing the service center that helped was honest

I will get hold of him monday as honest as he and his dad seem to be i am sure they are in church today the father seemed to think it was somthing in the fuel pump when I dropped it off so it prob had had something to do with fuel
