Holds about 8 oz.
Yep just the ticket for low cost filling.

Look at http://doitbest.com/search-gas+cans.dib they only ship to the closest store. These are the same Wedco cans that Briggs and Stratton has.

It turns out there is a Do It Best store fairly close to me and they claim there's no charge for shipping. So, I guess I'll give these a try. Thanks!

I got a Wedco 5 gal diesel can and a 6 gal gas can, both with a separate vent, for a total of $17.58 via the Do It Best web site and had it delivered to a local store at no extra charge. I didn't pay tax or for shipping. Thanks to everyone for your help!

I like the new cans. I have 4 of the new kind and one of the old for diesel. I think they were less than $10 at TSC. I haven't noticed much of a difference in the time it takes to empty them. I find it's easier to fill the tractor when the loader is off, I just start to pour, then set the can on the hood of the tractor while it empties.

Yeah, Do It Best came through for me also. I was sold on the free shipping for my 5 gal can. Check them out...

I just added my own vent to the vent less cans. Bought some metal valve stems at the auto parts store, drilled a hole at the top rear of the can, and removed the valve core. Hardest part was getting the valve to feed up from inside the can. I dropped a string thtough the hole and fished it out the spout opening, tied it around the valve, pulled it up and screwed the nut on.
