My old Howse brand rotary cutter wasn't cutting it any longer.  It was old and although it's drivetrain and the tailwheel worked like a champ, the housing had rusted through to the point that it was sagging in the middle.  Ofte times the blades would hit the housing.  I had enough of that and decided to pull the trigger on a new one.
