Unknown specs on JD 4020 series?

What does a cab model 4720 weigh? round about without any ballast box, just fueled up with a 400x or cx loader?

What is the top height with the R4s to the top of the cab? I have about 8 feet of headroom into my one garage safely, if its much over 8', ill have to decide how to modify the door/doorway :/

And how fast are these? My little "garden tractor" does 9mph, but then ive seen some big tractors crawl along at their fastest speed. I know most skid steers are right around 7-10mph too.

It says its a 3 range hydro, im guessing really low, normal and high for transport. What can you expect speed wise if moving snow/materials from a pile into a truck or so something driving back and forth? With loadmatch ON, couldnt you use the highest range to scoop out of a pile to load up mulch, dirt, sand or snow?

I've had my eye on this for a while, but also just for comparisons sake, a Deere CT 332 track skid loader 53k ish, a 244J full loader 62k ish, and a Cat 287c/297C track skid loader 65-72k ish.

Since the deere 4520/4720 is by far cheaper still with a cab, i still think this is my best option. Anyone here own one that can fill me in on some of these specs?

I have a 4320. Flat out it does 16 mph on the paved road in front of the house, and its kinda scary at that speed!

You're right on the 3 range hydro. Heavy work requires A or low range, especially at PTO rpm's. I believe Load Match only works in low range; I have stalled the tractor in B even with Load Match. My salesman explained the LM switch to me this way: "Leave it on. The switch is there to give me the opportunity to tell you what LM is."
For scooping out driveway stone from my pile in the back of the barn, I go from A to fill the bucket then to C to drive to the other end of the driveway. Anything else is just too slow...

Do not remember how much it weighs but i think about 5000# or a little less, depending on how many, and what, things are hanging on it. Never measured how high the cab is but about 9' or so sounds right. Does not fit in a 7.5' door. (no, do not ask, but did not hurt anything)

As far as shifting, had a post about the shifter being a couple little forks INSIDE the tractor and if they break then the tractor has to be split to fix, so be very gentle with it and avoid a large issue.

16mph is plenty fast for this tractor, gets squirrely about then. If want to go faster then change the speedo to kmh and it will read almost 2c as much! I would say JD did a good job of limiting the speed vs stability. I have used B range most of all, seems to fit 90% of what i do including picking up 900# bales and such. The I match works in any range and i can kill it in B range but it is pretty hard, almost abusive, just get the revs up to 14,1500 and works plenty hard and a good pace. Seems like when get a load cannot go that fast any way since to bumpy in the field road to be any fun. Stability for me is a big thing and with the rock box on (filled with rox of course) it settles down.
