I think that more information is needed. Do you have a special project that you plan on doing? How much loader work? When you say back blading what are you refering to, snow, leveling driveway, etc.? This would help determine the size of the tractor that you may require. I know this doesn't answer your question, but with more information, we might be better to help HP to weight issue.

Back blade will be for moving snow in Mid lower Michigan.

THe leveling of the drive way will be done with a DR grader system.

Loader work, Im sure that will be alot of things, but moving dirt, small stone, snow come to mind.

The new Kubota B series. 2320, 2620 and 2920 should all fall somewhere within your budget amount give or take a few hundred bucks here or there. I have the 2620 and it has lived up to all its expectations nice tractor!

I looked at a B2620 the other day, it was very nice. Just within my price range.

Mahindra 2216 or Kioti CK20

I have looked at the Kioti CK20s, I like it, Im not sure about using it to mow? The price is right, 13700 tractor and loader.

If you plan to use it to mow those 4 acres, think Kubota. They tend to be the lightest for the HP of the commonly found brands. Consider carefully about the tires. A lot of guys use turf tires for mowing and such and add chains for snow work. Ags are very hard on your lawn, regardless of the pressure, due to the lugs, but have superior traction. R4s don't work well in gooey stuff without chains -- they tend to load up and become slicks -- but are otherwise a decent compromise.

A lot of it depends on how fussy you are about your lawn.

In this picture yes .
I made it into a drag that I can pick up with the tractor 3 point hitch.
Makes it easier and neater turning around at the end of each pass to go the other way.

I use it to smooth and level out dirt when doing landscapeing task.
