What lights would you recommend?????

I know most of the cops and all of the judges pretty good in my neck of the woods and the rules/ regs don't go into detail on exactly what colors you can have on a tractor.

The rules regs don't apply to operating on private property so it's none of the cops and judges business anyway.

I have seen a couple people up there tractor from one end to the other with the christmas rope lights that were multi colors flashing and dont believe anything was said to them.
*I know one person that has done it for years plowing his driveway on a main road.
where are everyones pictures of their lights.
**Am I the only one thinking about safety?

As I have said before I will not be on my property all the time as I am plowing other driveways as well (and now a bus turnaround).

Anyways if I am out in the road not privately owned, this road is a state road and some one hits me because they could not see me I would most likely be liable. There have been a couple people on here that have been in that situation.

All I want to do is be safe and let people see me before anything happens and of course still look cool.

So if anyones tractor is on the road(that includes the road at the end of your driveway cops or whoever can stop you I would think.

I haven't been able to find any threads on safety lights on here just work lights and such. Only one I found was by "4shorts".

If on your spare time would you find me some threads about adding safety lights.

I am using LED's and they dont take much at all to run. I am not sure how much power the roof rotating becon takes but I have tried it and had all the lights on while I was mowing one night and it seems alright.

Well I finally got my LED lights and installed them. I got the ones Blagadan reccommended, but the first set they sent me where non-operational. So they sent me another set that worked. I have them hooked into the cigarrette lighter along with my rotating becon light on the roof.
I wanted to mount the lights along the loader frame but mounted them inside the cab on the rear side windows becuase the wires were not long enough and I think this is a nicer install. I ran the wires under the headliner and down the side post so no wires are showing. Took me about 2 hours mostly because I wasnt sure how I wanted them mounted.
Now I just need it to start snowing again and stay. They are calling for a good storm the next few days that will hopefully drop a couple feet.
