Here's what I did when I filled the rear tires on my TC33D. I removed the tire and layed it on a five gallon bucket and let the air out. I was able to break the bead on the upper side which left the weight of the tire hanging on the rim supported by the bucket. I held the tire down a little and poured in the washer fluid. To reseat the tire I wrapped a ratchet strap around the tire and tightened it up while adding air to seat the tire. Worked for me both times!!
