I told several members a while ago I would post pictures of how I adapted an old Fisher plow to the bucket of my B7610, so here they are. I apologize for the size, I do not know how to make them smaller.

Started with the bucket mods, 1/4 plate added to bottom and 45* angle toward rear of bucket. Also added hooks and angle to the top.

Continued,

drilled holes in bucket to mount plow frame, these are 4-1/2" holes.

I took an old plow frame and mocked it up so it would fit on the 45* angle of the LA352 bucket but be pointing perfectly straight. It is welded onto a 1/4" piece of stock. I added angle iron gussets and some 1/4 stock reinforcement plate.

Continued,

Now I mounted the frame assembly into the bucket.

This is how I secured the A frame on the plow. There are no hydraulics hooked up to the plow.

The brackets I used were for putting a fifth wheel set up in a truck. I had several extra brackets so I used them. I drilled 2, 1/2" holes in each side of the A frame and mounted the brackets so the plow would not angle left or right. The only thing I did not do yet is drill 1, 1/2" hole on the A frame itself to secure the brackets and make it rigid.

All in all I am into this setup for $300.00 in materials and appx 8 hours of my time. All the welding I did on the bucket was with the bucket off the tractor.

It works VERY well.

Thanks for viewing,

Tim

Hmm... I've been wanting a spread for my set up. What kind of spreader is that on the back? How are you powering it?

It is a Landpride 550? I don't recall the exact spreader model number. I believe it is rated to 750#s of material. It is a shaft power off the rear. I load it up with sand/salt, it works very well as long as the sand/salt is dry. If it gets wet it will not feed down to the spreader.
