Well, we're back to normal. Christmas day it was 75 degrees.

We only had 61 Christmas Day, but 80 the day after Christmas. I noticed in the newspaper that Dallas had a new record of 83 the day after Christmas. Yesterday morning at this time (6 a.m.) it was 72, then the cold front arrived with strong winds and dropping temperatures about 8:30 a.m. and this morning it's 27. The only good part about the arrival of that front was that it dumped over .4" of rain on us in about 15-20 minutes.

But at least it's supposed to be a clear, sunny day with little or no breeze today for which I am thankful because I've got to get out there and prune some tree limbs away from my power lines.
