By the way my problems with GM were taken to district and corporate offices with no resolve. I had to get a lawyer involved.

My point is we're lead to believe that Toyota is not suffering lower sales in our daily, no hourly pounding from the press about how poor GM & Ford's sales are.
Rarely a mention of Toyota or Nissan.
Oh, BTW last I heard Nissan was down 42%.
Did you also go the Arbitration route first?
I've always have been a Ford truck person, but I bought my first Chevy in '91. Every 2 years, whether I wanted to or not, battery & alternator. The dealership about ruined the AC(put too much in the system),and the trans.(serviced it & didn't put enough in), then I found out that it was made in CANADUH!!! Had enough, bought my first (with sorrow in my heart) Toyota truck (made in Kentuck) in 2001, and haven't had a problem since. Regular servicing, 1 set of disc pads, & 1 set of tires. That's all it has cost me to run this American made Toyota. I believe Chev & Ford are "finally" making a better product and it's showing. We demanded better & they're finally listening.
Toyota trucks are actually made in IN and Texas. In Kentucky we make the Camry, Avalon, Solara, and now the Venza. Our vehicles are made in the US with primarly US made parts. Toyota believes in making vehicles where they are sold in order to sell more vehicles (by providing good paying jobs!) Makes since eh?! Wal-Mart and the big three need to figure this out! Thank you for buying a Toyota!![]()
