Just curious if anyone has replaced the cutting edge on their Blower yet? Mine are getting pretty worn. We have spent the last 18 days straight in the TC's and I'm trying to follow up on maintenance, rebuilding chains, etc. I'm also curious what they are running price wise. I (mistakenly) thought they were reversable...

Just wanted to give everyone an update. Starting last Friday I started calling every Bobcat dealer (potentially in snow country) in the western states trying to find an SB200 cutting edge in stock so I didn't have to wait 10 days for it to be shipped from Chicago.

I exhuasted every possibility (even those that some here suggested) and no luck. I guess the economy has everyone bleeding down their inventory. My expected delivery date is the end of next week. The moral; If you think you might need it quickly, order it before you need it.

I have stared to stock pile relays, 100 amp fuses (thanks for the heads up!), bulbs, blower fans, spare rims, and a blower motor which had a 5 week lead time, and every filter or other potential need during a storm in advance.

Don't forget wiper blades (the whole assembly). $35/ea. Ouch!

Most guys I know simply buy flat stock locally and drill holes using the old blade as a template.

Reminds me, I need to change mine! --- 60" of 3/8" X 3" flat stock should do it!

But, good tip on stocking spares!

Last year I found replacement wipers/blades for $18.00 a set. I keep extras of those too!

When I pull the old edges off I'm going to make a template so I can build my own in the future.
