The noise gets worse when you put pressure on the pto.The dealer is stumped on this.Is there anybody that might know what it is?

Need some more information...which lever do you mean when you refer to the "joy stick". When you talk about"putting pressure on the PTO" do you mean putting the PTO under load? Dan

Sorry man...I don't know how a noise in the loader valve is being effected by load on the pto. I'll do some more research on Monday. There's some awefully smart quys on this forum...hopefully they can weigh in. Good luck! Dan

That's exactly the kind of resonance you get when a reasonably tight and somewhat soundproofed cab has a bunch of steel hydraulic tubes and valving stuffed into it. The tubing acts as a conduit for not only the hydraulic noises from within, but other noises as well. THE prime reason why larger tractors have cable operated joystick valves. The noise, heat and potential mess isn't introduced into the cab.

Was in a friends Kioti older DK45 with cab, it's amazing how much noiser it is compared to an open station platform. Wearing ear plugs will help you not notice the noise. ;)

Dear SIR KNIGHT I am sorry I didn't see your post earlier. Let me first say I completely understand how you feel, I just can't believe that your dealer and New Holland could not come to some kind of agreement, and solve your problems. First off my history ,last spring I purchased a T2420 clutch cab model that turned out to be anything but sweet, number one from the time the dealer deliver the tractor I could not feather the clutch, even the delivery driver couldn't believe what the tractor was doing he could barely backed the tractor off the truck without the front end jumping up in the air.Now I have grown up on a farm my entire life I honestly cannot remember all the tractors my father and uncles owned that I drove. Needless to say the New Holland representative told me I did know how to drive a clutch and there was nothing wrong with the tractor, even though my dealer was ready to split the tractor in half to see what was wrong.I had to laugh when I saw the Rep try to drive it and not make it jump, which of course was done by dropping the RPMS to about 800, that's just what you wanna do when you have a load of rocks in the bucket and you're trying to backup while dumping them and losing hydraulic power with the RPMS going south what a F###ing jerk. Now keep in mind this went on for eight months, until one day checking around the forums I found someone else having the same problem only difference he owned a Montana you'll never believe what was causing the problem not the clutch at all the cab shock mounts were too soft making the cab bounce which in turn pulled the clutch linkage up and down you could never feather the clutch, so here I am driving my new tractor and dropping the RPMS to nearly stall just to change direction now let's face facts it's not good to slip a clutch but sometimes it's a necessity.Anyhow the tractors running wonderful now and I can drop the clutch in 2000 RPM without a problem not always recommended but sometimes like I said a necessity and no jumping. On top of that the squeaking and noise that you mention all stopped with the firm mounts the tractors is quiet and a pleasure to drive I just don't understand why your dealer did not give you more help on your end, this is why New Holland has to get their act together and listen to the customers or more people and rightfully so are going to be changing Brands Kubota makes a fine tractor, and a very good relationship with their customers my brother owns one he loves it. The only reason I put up with the problem for nearly eight months was due to my dealer is a good friend and told me he would take care of it and also cover the clutch for an extended time due to the cab mounts possibly causing premature fatigue on the clutch parts. One other thing I never had, or to this day any hydraulic sounds in the cab as a matter of fact my old tractor, TC40DA loader hydraulics were noisy and the hydrostatic whine were awful in the wintertime with my snow cab on I couldn't wait for spring to take that thing off. Well anyway I don't want this to come off as a pitch for New Holland or any tractor brand but the simple fact stands service after the sale is more important than the tractor itself believe me if my friend didn't own the dealership New Holland would have their tractor back and I would be ranting the worse words you ever heard and I know a lot of dirty words:) PS congrats on the new Kubota that's a nice piece of equipment it must have a nice a ride if I'm not mistaken it's about the same size as TN75.
