Bill,
I can't help you with a 2815 or 3215 but can tell you the 2615 and 3015 use the same size bolts and I believe they are metric thread. 2815 and 3215 probably are metric too.

metric bolt are sized like this 14 1.25 14.1.50 14.1.75 14.2.0 metric stud on cars most of the time 1.25 1.50.or 1.75 hope this helps

Been in the mechanical-hydralic line of work all my life, but this metric thing has my mind boggled. I went to a fastener supply store and bought a metric thread gauge for a couple of bucks and it has made my life so much easier, might do the same for you too.:) there have been to many times when some one has rigged something differently and I get the wrong fasteners to match the ones in the job. Sometimes you can eliminate an extra trip to the parts store that way :) :) :)

Ok nobody answered the question yet. I already know they are 14mm. I need to know if they are course or fine thread.;)

There are two fines 1.25 and 1.50. Buy the gauge?

Actually there are 7 different metric thread pitches.

The bolt you are looking for is a 14 size x 25 mm length x 1.5 thread pitch that is a fine thread but there are still 3 more finer threads below that one.

STILL don't know if the thread on a 2815 rear axle & 2615 rear axle are the same:mad:

WILL A BOLT FROM A REAR RIM ON A 2615 FIT ON THE REAR RIM ON A 2815??

Spin a bolt out AND CHECK IT! The wheel isn't going to fall off if you take a bolt out and lay a thread gauge against it.

More like 17+ depending on the diameter. . The common and useful ones are 1.0, 1.25 1.50 and rarely 2.0. That is just in ISO. For those who have been working with metric fasteners since the 1960's I'm sure you remember JIS (single dot on the head) and the subtle pitch differences with those?
