I sold my 770, and all my manuals went with it. So I can't do reasearch for you, just basic inspections..
First DISCONNECT THE BATTERY, then see if you can manually turn the engine over fairly easily. If yes check the starter, and all related electrical wires , components etc., If not....perhaps/maybe something was damaged with the hydro pump -let us know what you find.
