Well, this is a huge disappointment! I couldn't see the photo at work, so I tagged the thread to check later.
First off, it's just a bad photo. The motorcycle (main subject?) was in the shade. You can see someone crouching behind the fairing holding it up. I think someone with some basic photoshop skills has tried to lighten the motorcycle. You can see halos around the wheels indicating some fringe between selections. They selected the motorcycle and used the shadows/highlights adjustment (not one of PS's stronger adjustments). The yellow light appears bright as they used flash and it reflected strongly giving the impression the light is on. It's probably only a reflector anyway, not a powered light. The flash they used couldn't overcome the strong daylight in the background. Which brings us to the background. Why would you clean up your bike and take the time to have someone hold it up, then photograph it with such a cluttered background. Also, look between the car in the upper right and the truck tailgate. Looks kind of muddled. Again, poor photoshop work. There must have been something especially distracting there (maybe a policeman walking up to the scene?). But hey, it's a good thing someone put a copyright and watermark in the upper left so no one else will use this image for their own profits!
It's not even a terribly important motorcycle! Sorry I got carried away, I frequent a couple of photo sites where image critique is a lot more challenging than this...
