I don't know anything about that model, but dang! It's pretty! :)

I don't know about the color.. Gonna lose it in the grass. Or maybe that's what the yellows for..

:)

Just running off at the mouth. I can do that since I was born in Texas as well..

Nice!

Thanks for compliments! We're proud of our new toy, and of our place. It's located just off Galveston Bay near Dickinson, Texas. My wife and I just completed the fence you see in the picture, the old one was destroyed by Ike.

As far as the work I have planned for it... we have a small hay operation, and my tractor has to be a jack-of-all-trades. I hire out the baling, but I do a lot of mowing. I also have 1000' of gravel driveway, so I'm always maintaining that. Not to mention fence-stretching and general tractor-stuff!

Welcome Jim, As you can see by my byline I've got basically the previous model (before model change) and have found it a very capable machine. Out of curiousity I'm wondering what kind of baling you plan on (square or round)?

[edited]-oops, I reread your last post and saw you hire out your baling. Question still stands though as if your doing squares that model is very capable and I have found a couple of round balers you can use this machine on.

I have couple just down the road that bales my place (squares) for a REALLY low price. They have an ancient JD baler that ties the sweetest bales I've ever handled.

I was hoping to hear from a 5013 owner... Info on the 5045 is pretty scarce. There may be more questions!

Thanks!

Jim
