Sorry, I misread the first and thought you had changed the pump, not just the hoses.

Should just be bleeding and getting it full I imagine.

I am cutting my bed now. Of course in fine fashion it has two layers, has had the bed relined along the way, then of course, somewhere along the way, in fine fashion I messed up my reference and cut the hole in the wrong place. ARRRGGGHHHHHHHHH

Measure twice cut once, has been replaced around me with I cut it off three times and it is still too short.

Sometimes I wonder why I do this crap.

Alan,

Sounds like you're having as much fun with your dump truck as I've had with mine. Of course, until you have to rebuild the engine every other year, your still missing out on the most fun of all!!!

As for cutting it, you should have cut it from the bottom and ignored the metal coming down on you. hahaha

Well, Yee, Haa,,,,,,,,,,,

As you can see, it goes up (and it does come down now that I adjusted the cable  )

So one tire has a bolt stuck in it and has sucked in the tube, and one tire is bald, so, one used tire $100, Two tubes = $50, $50 each if I pay them to do the split rings (god I hate doing split rings, but I am thinking the backhoe bucket layed on the top should be a pretty effective cage with a 25' hose.

Needs a bunch more work to be "road ready" have a call in to my insurance guy and see how bad it is going to hurt. Wish I could Farm tag it, but I doubt he will let me.

May end up just selling it if taxes tags and insurance scare me too bad.

Anyway, welded the back hole back up solid, and laid an oversized piece over the front hole and welded down the corners, so that is semi done for the moment. Was going to bolt down the plate, but when you have a hammer in your hand, everything looks like a nail.

Well, insurance man says $600 a year. So, off we go into brakes and tires and rear end oil seal, oh boy.

Not sure if it will be better then the dump trailer or not, but only one way to really find out for myself.

hear is another example of all in one cylinder thats on my 85 C30

fill plug is on the top on the other side. that was as far as it would lift when i brought it home from the PO. I blocked the **** out of it and pumped another gallon of tractor hydraulic fluid in it. It seems to raise to full height now.

I have successfully dumped a full load of wet dirt out the back no probs lifting.
