Today I tilted the bucket on my FEL down so the blade would be the first thing to touch the concrete and lowered it. I was on a perfectly smooth concrete pad. The left side touched and the right side was about 2" off the ground. I assume the bucket should be even and not slightly crooked like this. Where would I look first to figure this one out? I want it to be level. Its a brand new Bobcat CT440 tractor.

I would check tire pressure first.... Make sure all 4 tires have equal pressure and then go from there.

If you continued to push your hydraulic FEL lever forward, would the 2" high side quickly touch the ground ?

Mine is off but only by an inch at most. After researching with others here, I found there are 4 possible causes. First check tire pressure as suggested. Then check to see if the loader frame/mount is on level by taking measurements from similar points, side to side and front to back (measure from frame to the ground). If the mount is not on level, it will need to be loosened, leveled, and tightened. Next check to see if the lifting arms of the loader are twisted by doing similar measurements to the ground. Finally, if all those measurments look good, check the bucket. By taking some measurements and looking at it from end to end, and various angles, look for a twist. Mine has a twisted bucket from assembly welding I assume. An inch isn't much and I have forgotten all about it since I use it hard and will likely bend or tweak the bucket more than that with use. 2" is quite a bit though. I have heard of others returning their buckets for replacment due to severe twists. If you don't want to mess with all the measuring you should have your dealer do it for you since it's new.
