New to the Forum, Tractors, Farming etc..

Complete Newbie here, I just bought myself a new 5264c. We're "hobby Farming" in Near North Ontario Canada. Nothing too heavy duty to be done, ill likely have one of the local guys contnue doing the Haying for a while. I needed somehting with a loader and something to pull a Brush Cutter, PHD, Snow Blower etc...

I too just recently purchased a c5264 w/fel.
2007 model; purchased entirely via the internet from Country Side Farm and Lawn out of Springdale, AR.
The entire transaction was very smooth - they worked with me on price and my shipper for pick-up.
Couldn't be happier with the seller or the tractor - nothing I've found yet to put a ding in the Montana performance-wise; quickest starting diesel I've ever seen.
Documentation is rather kludgy - but getting some help from this site on that.
Tractor had 178 hrs when I got it; have so far added another 40+ and see no reason that won't keep adding up!

Have an issue with the joystick controller on the Koyker loader - it's a Cofle manufactured cable control unit, and a plastic dog at the joystick itself has sheared; hard to imagine a plastic part in such a high-stress area, and with Cofle being based in Italy - not getting much of a response for parts information.

Other than that - I would definitely recommend this 3-banger workhorse of a tractor.

I had my joystick jam on me once, but got it free'd up OK.
Aside from that my only issue has been getting the PTO to engage in the independant mode (happend yesterday). Have the Dealer coming out this week to recitfy it.

It sure does Start easily, your right about that.
