Hi, All,

I have a 3520, open station, with 300CX FEL. Been thinking about
adding the rotary broom for light snow removal/finishing sweep, etc.

However, the required front A-frame mount looks to be a pain to add or
remove when you want to use the FEL or remove it to use the broom.

Anyone have experience at what's required, tools and time, to
unmount the FEL; mount whatever is required for the broom and vice
versa?

I'm no longer using the 72" MMM since we have a ZTR..in case someone
thinks about what might be mid-mounted.

Appreciate any and all assistance. I really wish Deere offered a video for
"I have a FEL attached and want to use the broom..and vice versa".

Cheers!

I have a 3530 w/CAB and have the 300CX FEL, 72D MMM, and a 366 Blade with extensions. The dealer mounted the hardware. But as I recall during the orientation all I have to do is remove the FEL and attach the blade and two hyd lines to the valve and I am good to go. The tractor mounted "A" frame hardware stays on the machine while running the FEL and MMM (with the exception of a couple of arms).

Try this link as it appears to packed with info & pics

I have not used my machine in winter yet so I cannot fully comment on the hookup.

thanks for the link. I was thinking it was going to be a couple of hours
or more to remove the A-frame or add it back on. Looks like a caveman
could do this.

Appreciate the help.

Cheers!

Yep, easy to add/remove A-frame. Just 3 pins on arms where they attach to the tractor - similar to rear 3PH. Have done it many times on my 3720 cab.
