If that rig had Killed someone I believe a lawyer would have sued the driver {if he had proper ins. and lived}. But they would have gone back to the company that loaded him.

My son works at a steel pipe co and when in doubt about weight on a private trailer they pull him to their scales. If over loaded it doesn"t leave.
