TracVac deck adapter

Sucker is not cheap at over $200 but it does fit very well.

Got the CycloneRake all hooked up too, but turns out that the existing hose was too short with the 3pt hitch (vac was used, came from a JD lawn tractor). Ordered a new hose from Ebay, but they shipped the wrong size, 6" ID instead of 7". Another delay in getting leaves and such from my yard.

That's a nice fit. Is it a BX? 54" or 60" deck.

I'm thinking of getting a lawn vaccum system.

I'm wondering if you can cap that outlet and use it as a mulching kit plate.
I think the mulching kit is over $200, why pay for two deck plates.

It's BX with a 60" deck and 7" discharge shoot. They also make that boot in a 6" or 8" option. When I called the distributor they said no 7" in stock, only 6 and 8" and that it would take 2 weeks. Somehow I got one in about 5 days shipped?

I am not planning on mulching as I am concerned with leaf cleanup and most of our trees are oaks and I was told are acidic and bad to use as mulch.

My plan is to use Gator blades and Cyclone Rake and dump it in the woods at the end of the property.

i have a trac-vac adapter for the bx series mowers that im looking to sell.Used for one season only.I bought a new tractor and had to buy a new adapter to fit the new deck.PM me if interested $100.00
