As long as it has a Cat, Comet. or General pump, and a decent engine, you should be good. I have Honda engines on all of mine. They all do the same thing, at different pressures, and GPM. If you fit the pressure washer to the job, you should be satisfied. There are all kind of accessories for them, like turbo nozzles, driveway rotary cleaners, and extended booms, etc.

I see it's a Harbor Freight offering. You'll find Love/Hate factions, on this board re: their products. 
That said, They do have some intersting deals: IE. a 13hp gas engine w/ electric start $299- vs a manual start Honda 13hp for $655- (internet price), manual start, for my latest pipe-dream of a Bandsaw Mill. Also a Auto-Dark welding helmet for $38.99! Sorry I can't respond to personal use of that pressure washer. ~Scotty

Sorry I can't personally speak for the performance of these but Northern Tool also has an inexpensive Powerhorse line of pressure washers and they do have a few customer reviews.

I think the HF pump's plunger and seal technology is about as good as any. I do like the horizontal shaft configuration on the HF engines and pumps. The gas tanks appear to be steel, which unlike the plastic tanks, will crack and leak after a few months.
I can't recommend for or against the engines. If you could get them with a Subaru, Honda or Kawasaki engine, I'm sure they would be good. I'm thinking the "Greyhound " engines they come with are about on the same level with the B&S engines. The good news is, they can't be much worse than a B&S.

Too bad the engine is unknown. Maybe someone has put some hours on it and can give us a review.
