No, not really -- not at 6600 feet. To be honest, I never thought about it -- but I did notice the effect of topping a ridge line and hitting that 40+ MPH wind.

I'd imagine if it were 9,000 feet or something, it would be quite noticeable. One of the advantages of the Rhino 450, in comparison to the other Rhinos, is that it is geared much lower.

Now, can anyone go up there and do this or do you need to belong to a club???? I would assume that it would have to be registered and insured of course.

I think you have to be a member of a club -- I know you do for VT and NH, and I think so for MA as well.

It is the state-wide association of clubs that gets the waiver necessary to operate the ATVs/UTVs on the roads in the state park at the top of the mountain. You also have to be registered, and the operator must have a driver's license.
