Thanks for all the comments!
It does have the 7' bucket and it is very wide. I took the loader off to mow the place yesterday afternoon/this morning but not before playing in the dirt with the loader. BB, you are right about being careful. I almost side swiped the barn yesterday with it!!!
The mower is a Woods DS96. It was bought last year and the M8540 hardly knows it is back there. I put a box blade on today with the teeth and started pulling some dirt! This tractor will pull!! Then it started raining so I had to quit.
I bought the weights because we have a 100 acres of rolling pasture/hills to keep cut. Wasn't sure how lightfooted on the front the 8540 would be. I have several jobs lined up for it around the place, most of which is moving dirt with a box blade and the bucket. I had a lot of topsoil pushed up for a new barn lastyear. Want to move the dirt to fill in a dry pond and do some leveling on the place. The 7' bucket will come in handy for that!
My wife does not have a sister, sorry! Glad I got her before somebody else did. She's very supportive of my tractor habit.
