So far I have not been able to find one.
Do they think they are so perfect that they don't need customer feedback

Around here they do, service and attitude is the main reason I looked elsewhere for a tractor. Very happy with my 30 year+ tractor and my dealer is first class.Do they think they are so perfect that they don't need customer feedback
I am not talking about local dealers. I am talking about corporate.
They are the ones who are responsible for manufacture and are supposed to QC products.
My new forks were apparently npt QC'd. it takes a 10 LB maul to move the forks. That is NOT QC.
I understand wanting to voice your concerns to corporate but in the end is it not the dealer that should/would correct the problem. I also understood you were talking about corporate email, my point was my tractor budget when I was ready to buy was way flexible. there was nothing on the yard I could not have written a check for. For that I expect to be treated better than being an annoyance. Left the dealership and never looked back.
