What manfacturer makes the blue tractor?

Landini and McCormick are owned by the same company. The little McCormick tractors are fairly common around here is the only reason I ask.

Landini = Montana, at least in the size range of my machine (39HP). They are powered by Mitsubishi, the smaller (27hp) is probably a Daedong engine.

The blue colored montanas are long tractors. they have recently purchased long and you now go there to get your long parts.

What manufacturer makes a blue tractor other than New Holland? I went by a tractor dealer today and didn't have time to stop. He was a Montana dealer last I knew but there is a line of blue colored tractor sitting there now, not New Holland.

Could be a Korean LS tractor. My local TYM dealer just started carrying the LS brand. He used to sell Montanas.

I think we'll see LS go after some of the Mahindra business around here.

As near as 'dam*' is to swearing. I looked at a Landini after I got my montana (local fair) and it was identical except the Landini had the curved loader and rubber mats on the floor. Same engine, same tranny, castings looked the same. I am not sure if all comparable models are the same (as stated). All of the Montana dealers that I know of also carry Landini; this may not be true everywhere.

I would have sworn that the name plate on the Landini i saw at the Ex had LG on it instead of LS. And this was a brand new tractor as far as i could see.

I know that LS spun off LG, but i wonder if Landini are still being labeled as LG's. Not like it really maters i guess.
