Wow! you got a good deal there! That windmill kinda disappeared a long time before we bought the place - don't know where they hid it!

I agree with you, the TC55 is just GREAT! I've done so much with mine, I don't know how I got by without it.

Oh, and yes - my shed seems to be collecting more and more 3 point stuff too!

I'm new to TBN but wondered if I could ask a 6 foot KK-II related question. I've got a Kubota M9540 and thought I wanted this same tiller until I figured out my rear tire width is 82 inches vs. the KK tilled width of 72 inches. As I understand the KK does not offset. So I am now thinking I need to find another tiller that does.

But before I go buy an offsettable tiller that is lots more expensive, I wanted to ask if it is possible to offset the 5 inches needed to cover my rear track using the telescopic stabilizers on the 3 point? I don't have tons to till, but would like to get to the edge of my barn, drive, fence, etc.

Hey Ed1C!

Good question!

I could be wrong but, I don't think you will get any measurable offset by using the stabilizers as you have described. The other problem that could happen would be stressing the CVs on the drive shaft cause you'd be running at more of an angle. Every offset tiller I've seen has a offset gearbox so the drive line runs straight.

That's my 2 cents, anybody else got any ideas?

Joes 427 Vette, I recently purchased a 6' KKII , but am envious that you purchased a new one for only $1260. Was it a 6', and do you mind saying where you got such a great deal? Others might want to patronize the same dealer, even if there was a shipping cost of several hundred dollars.
