Bobcat sold to a Korean Company?

A friend of mine who's in industrial sheet metal press industry (making press machines for stamping out automotive doors, hoods, etc.) came from visiting companies in Korea last week said that the Bobcat has been sold to a company in Korea. Has anyone else heard something like this?

Its true. Happened a year or 2 ago. Those Bobcat tractors people are talking about on TBN.... Theyre actually Kioti's (Doosan), Bobcat's new parent company. It looks like you have a Bobcat in your Avatar?

IR made the sale to free up some cash to aquire Trane. I work for Trane. That whole deal smelled a little fishy to me. It just so happend that our CEO at that time was retiring and he decided it would be a good idea to disolve American Standard who previosly owned Trane, making Trane, Wabco and American Standard separate companies. And what do you know, just a few months afterwards we are bought by IR. I think some people were in bed on that deal and I think a few of them walked away with a lot of cash in their pockets.
