How do you keep MMM locked up with ind lift?

Hi,

Does anyone know how to keep the Mid Mount Mower locked in the up position on the 2520 with independant lift?

On my 2320 there was a lock spot on the dial and I'm not sure how to do it on the 2520.

I was trying to use my loader and leave the deck locked int the up position while doing so.

I do miss my hydraulic divertor vavle on my old 2320, has anyone installed on a 2520? Is it hard?

If it is like the 2305 ind lift
Pull your fel lever to the left. Make mower go up all the way
turn knob to lock post on floor.
My is off just a little bit close to dividing line between lock and top post for mower

I don't have the hydraulic lift on my 2520, but this is how you do it on the non-hydraulic lift model.

I've previously had 2305 and 2320 and the 2520 is not the same. I cut the grass with it for the first time today and was not able to adjust it that much. I was in a hurry and didnt spend much time on it.

We were told to use the adjustment knob in the full up position. We always remove the deck if the loader is going to be used. We have been told that the loader and mower were not supposed to be installed at the same time, this is from JD. We do not have the divertor valve but thought about installing it.

This might sound like a silly question but I have to ask. Do you simply turn the know clockwise to raise the deck? I ask becasue it doesnt seem to travel up and down that much in comparison to my 2320.

The only time I actually raise the deck is when the tractor needs fuel. Its just a few hundred feet to the fuel pumps. I raise the deck all the way up, turn the knob on the deck adjustment to the full up postition and thats it.
