Unfortunately I don't have the resources to do that.
I have an old photo that shows the farm as it was back in the late 1800's
The barn is the only building still standing. Where my house is located there used to be a huge white wooden house, most of it 2 stories tall and it had 7 chimneys. My property came with a hand written history book detailing its owners and buildings. The photo shows about a dozen other outbuildings, the only evidence of them is some uneven areas in the back yard where some of them were located. The photo also shows a row of small black walnut trees in front of the house. Two of them are still standing, one is completely dead and the other only has a few branches left living, they are about 5 feet in diameter. I have several other younger black walnut trees in the yard that are only 3 or 4 foot in diameter.

Some collar ties would do that roof structure a world of good. Probably make it last another 25 years. But you'd lose some of the top 1/3 of your storage in the loft.

yes and the roof seems to be letting in a little daylight. It looks like my roof did about 3 years ago. The water intrusion will permit otherwise sound timbers to rot rather quickly especialy if they have been dry for the last 80-100 years
