Well mine is definatally not as unique as yours.

Ours are just homemade wood hauling trailers but what makes them unique is that they have truck axles under them with mud tires. The bigger one hooked to my kubota has a dana 44 front axle with 35 x 12.5 x 16.5 tires and the smaller one has a ford 8.8 with 33 x 12.5 x 16's.

The smaller one is our old trailer that used to just have spindles and some p185 tires. when we built the big trailer a few years back, we used the big tires and really liked how well it pulled in the woods, over obsticals, and not cut real deep ruts if it was a little soft. Thats when we decided to do the same to the little trailer.

Isn t it amazing how handy these trailers are. We have one similar to yours and use it all the time. Your bigger trailer looks pretty stout. That s quite a load in there. Thanks for posting. Jim

Our atv trailer. 5' by 8' mesh deck and removable sides. 22 x11 x 8 tires off road, 20 x 8.5 on road

Hauling 30.5 by 32 foresty special tire.

Hauling 1000 gal tank

Trailer is large enough to haul atv, and is dot legal with a tire swap. Tandem axel really makes it roll over stumps and rocks smoother & easier.

Those are neat trailers Ken. Is that the spare you re haulin on that one trailer!!!!!

That was a flat off the skidder behind the fuel tank. We took it out 5km on a winter logging road this way, then hauled another tire in.
We also use it to haul a 16' boat on to acess some of our remote fishing spots.

The 1st trailer I built this way is in the background with the welder on it. It had a 5' by 8' 1/8" thick solid sheet for a deck, but that was a little on the heavy side. Dad uses that one on the farm and its fine for our flat country around here.
The new one with the expanded mesh deck is likely 150 to 200 lbs lighter.
Also the tongue has a pin at the front of the trailer so I can raise it to tow with a truck or lower it for the atv.
Both were build with 2000 lb hi speed running gear.

This one may be more of a cart than a trailer, but it's definately unique. I've been using it now for two years, and I love every minute I use it.
