You will have to resort to the 5 gallon bucket and a plunger to do the wash just keep plunger moving up and down fast enough to keep water from freezing. It will warm you too.

Have you considered using a Jigger that is used to pull nets under the ice? Substitute the clothes basket for the net and pull it to the next hole for retrieval. The length of pull could determine the quality of the wash and rinse cycle.![]()
Someone mention fishing??? Still not safe here. No lifetaking risks for them bluegills! But that does look like a good way to wash the coveralls.
