Are you getting pounded yet? I see DC is getting hammered, and my Sister/BIL live in Harrisburg, PA, and they are getting hit hard too.

Not yet, should start at any moment, we should see between 10 to 15, will know by tomorrow morning. Glad the shopping is done, tomorrow nothing but snowblowing football and wraping presents, Wonder if my wife can fit a backhoe under the tree.....

We went out and cleared the 1st 9" around 1PM. It's snowing as hard now as I've ever seen it snow here. We expect a total of about 20" by tomorrow AM. With the wind blowing, my driveway may be the only pavement clear in the county! Everybody be safe!

I just cleared my deck and it had about 2 feet. There is over a foot and a half on my walkway and my driveway - who knows as we have trees and natural barriers that trap wind blown snow. Snows still going. It will be fun tomorrow when it stops. The 3520 just came back from the shop getting its yearly inspect and service. So its ready to go.

What does the annual inspection entail? Do they go over the tractor with a fine toothed comb??
They perform a general inspection (their version of a fine toothed technical comb - recommended by Deere for the amount of hours on the unit), lube what needs to be lubed, change filters as required by hours, sometimes they replace fluids, check for any warranty covered defects, etc. They also service my mower deck for me. This year they modified a bracket so my mower deck would raise and lower more normally than it did when I first put on the Front A-Frame. The tractor came back and it is actually running pretty tight. i can tell where they performed work. Next spring, it will be a lot less work so I may do it myself, and then back to them in the fall.
