Iseki TU2100F
Model: Iseki TU2100F. I want to change all the fluids and filters. Problem is I have yet to get an operators manual. I have a service manual which gives me the vicosities and volumes. However, it does not give me the fuel, oil, & hydraulic filter parts numbers. I know it cross to a Bolens 212/214 and the filters should also be the same as a TU1700/1900. Anyone have these filter crossed over to Napa parts? Also the service manual suggest 90w gear oil for the trans/hydrualic oil (common resovior)....thoughts or suggestions?

OK, now for the dumb qustion. I have been all over the engine and have yet to find a dipstick?....

Check out this thread. One (or maybe all?) of the filters mentioned must fit:

Not sure about fluids for the common reservoir. The dip stick should be on the side of the engine, into the oil pan. My model has a cap that screws onto a fill neck and the cap has the dipstick built into it. Actually, my 4x4 model Iseki has a dip stick/cap on both sides of the motor due to the fact that the front drive shaft passes up into the oil pan and kind of splits it.

I looked at the Bolens info and it does say 90wt. I have serviced hundreds of different grey tractors and all of them used a common sump with JD303 or equal for fluid. It is much thinner than 90wt. Be double sure you have the correct fluid. This time of year really thick fluid could do some damage to pumps etc. Have you tried Rainbow Equipment for answers?

I said 90w but meant 80w according to the service manual. JD303? JD does not produce oil but rather has their oil labeled for them from a major supplier. JD just jacks up the price because it says "John Deere" SAE ratings are SAE rating regardless of supplier as long as it is quality oil. And yes 80w seems a bit thick that's why I was questioning the manual.

BTW, the dipstick is on the drivers side lower back of the engine (semi-hidden).

Actually, this is a JD oil specification (not oil product) that specifies conditioners, anti-foaming agents, etc. etc. You will find the JD 303 spec indicated on the back panel of any number of good hydraulic oil brands, including the Tech brand at Walmart. Always look to see that the hydr oil you buy conforms to the JD-303 specification....it is good insurance.

Joe, You sent me drawings for my hydraulic system and was reading posts where you were looking for filter cross over numbers to Napa. The guy I bought my TU2100R from gave me these numbers that may help you. :)

Oil filter Napa # 1064
Air filter Napa # 6262

Hope theses help you and save you some time. I don't think we have a hydraulic filter from what I can find, only a screen.
