3 pt dimentions

Hello,

Long time listener, first time caller......

I'm building a box blade for my tractor and I want to make it a cat 0/ cat 1 sizing.
I've found the pin sizes and spacing of lift arms.

But I can't find the height of the top link above the liftarms at the implement.

How many inches above the liftarm pins is the pin/hole for the top link for a cat 0 and cat 1 3 pt hitch.....

Here is a link to the ASAE Standard for CAT1 spacing. Not sure on the CAT0...

Not sure why, but most manufactures don't seem to follow the ASAE standard for CAT-1 equipment. Fortunately, at least for CAT-2 and larger the standard is followed.

I guess it would be asking too much for everyone to play nice!

That was the number I was looking for. And this number jogged my memory into thinking the cat 0 height is 12"......

Bear in mind the top link is 15" above for the cat 1 guick hitch but for a regular cat 1 it is 18" above. If you build the implement with both 15" and 18" hole spacing you can have the best of both. When using flatbar to make the top link I use a 1 1/4" ODx3/4ID bushing and bolt the two flatbars together with a 3/4" grade 8 bolt and nylock. The bolt bushing and locknut are at 15" above the lower links.

Dont know about the cat 0 never used it.
