I checked the mail today and found my parts diagram arrived from Dandy Sales. He included a copy of the original owner's manual and another brochure. It's amazing how simple this machine is.

Apparently there were originally 35 available attachments for it. Now I want more attachments. There's very little information available about these tractors on the internet. There's a club and a few guys willing to help with parts, but other than that, there's not a lot to be found. I'm sure a big part of the problem is that the manufacturer has been out of business for decades.

It can't be much worse than the mower I'm working on. I bet 9 out of 10 parts are listed as no longer available. You just have to get creative and intuitive in finding solutions.

I'm sure you have it posted somewhere, but what mower are you working on?

It's not spring yet, but I did take a bit today to try out the Panzer. The guy wasn't lying. This little tractor runs, and it runs well. I had to replace a cracked fuel line, and then I drove it around for a few minutes. Here's what I know so far...

The throttle cable needs replaced. This is a universal part I can get at my local engine shop.
The spring for the shifter lever latch needs replaced.
The strap that holds the gas tank up is half missing. I think I can fab that part.
The kill switch is disconnected. I realized this right after I realized the throttle cable needed replaced. The engine was racing and I had to scramble to find a screwdriver in the disaster area I call my garage so that I could ground the spark and kill the engine.
The friction disc for reverse is in serious need of replacement. I couldn't get reverse to work the whole time I was playing with it.
I need to replace at least one of the mule drive pulleys for the mower deck.
The left front wheel is wobbly. I don't know yet what that is going to take. I may have to sleeve it or I may need a new spindle.
I'm pretty sure both brakes need to been re-done. These tractors used the plymouth brakes as well as the rear end, so I should be able to get parts for the brakes from an auto parts store.

Starting to sound like you found one of the few rare super-deals! Congratulations!
