Hydraulic fluid leve 1543

Am I the only one who has difficulty telling if sight glass for hydraulic fluid level is full or empy? ie. is there is no meniscus how can you tell

I found it very hard to tell also. I found by moving the tractor slightly down hill or up you can see it. When mine is level it goes to the top and you cant tell at all. Hopes this helps. PS I have heard someone say here to add a ounce of tranny fluid to the oil to tint it.
