Hello all! Price Good? Fair?

Ok, thanks for the comments and I have revised my request from the dealer to have the Kubota loader in stead.

GL3240 HSTC
LA724 FEL w/QA and 72" QA Bucket
Ag Tires - filled
Delivered to me 38 miles

Price: $28,300.00

How does this look? I think it is still a little high but, I'm new at this.

I did do a Barlow configure yesterday afternoon, but have not heard back yet.

Thoughts?

UPDATE:

This is the local quote I got from the dealer 38 miles away on the revised quote request.

I did get an e-mail back from Barlow's and it is a much better quote.

Now my question is for those of you that have purchased from out of state. Have you had any problems getting service from your local dealer after doing so? Yes, I know that the local dealer is required to honor the warranty but, have you had issues with getting scheduled for service, lack of willingness to serve you? You know the normal issues one can anticipate when you do not buy from them?

Oh yea, another thing, does Barlow collect sales tax (WV), does anyone know, I forgot to ask?

If not, then the price is a very good deal. Might be worth it to take the deal and try to work through/around the not buying at the local dealer?

I guess my real question is, what dollar amount of savings from buying out of state would want in order to buy there rather than from the local dealer? $500.00, 1,000.00 or more?

Barlows does not collect Ky tax if sold out of state and they don't collect taxes for other states. To me about $250 to $300 would be when I'd buy from a local. Over that I'd get it from least expensive place. I bought a couch recently and Kempers Furniture wanted $80 to $85 more than one delivered to my house off internet. Told Kempers I'd pay a little more to them and what was their best offer and I told them the difference. They said no less so I recently posted pictures driving up my drive with the one off the internet. Exact same Ashley couch.
