What's the smallest trailer that could safely be used for occasional towing a DK45SE? Would trailer brakes be mandated?

Personally, I wouldn't tow anything with an FEL without trailer brakes. Not familiar with your tractor model though.
Just pulling my previous RTV500 on a single axle heavy duty utility trailer was a little scary. That machine weighed around 1300#. The trailer goes around 1200#.
II'd recommend at least an 18' tantem axle trailer with brakes on both axles. A 20 footer would be even better. Never know what else you might want to carry at the same time.
I use a 20ft PJ tandem axle trailer with 7000lbs axles electric brakes on both axles to tow my Kioti DK40se with Fel and brush hog.coobieWhat's the smallest trailer that could safely be used for occasional towing a DK45SE? Would trailer brakes be mandated?
I use a 20ft tandom axle trailer with 6500lb axles and brakes on one axle to pull my DK45 with FEL and various other implements. An 18footer would probably do but I am glad I have the 20 footer. Do wish I had paid the extra $100 or so for brakes on both axles, but have not had any problems with this set up.
