Does anybody know who makes NH attachments for it's compacts? Got a price of $4300 for a 71 inch flail mower. Trying to figure out who it's made by.

What model was it? The under 30HP or over 70? Does it look anything like this? Ken Sweet

I don't know who makes it, but those flail mowers are junk. The hitch A-frames are weak, and the driveline angularity is problematic. Look elsewhere.
