Im saying that if the OSHA approved roll bar fails and someone gets hurt.
The liability would fall on the insurance company of the roll bar maker.
Just as the guy with the welder in his garage with the homemade rops.
I have spoken with an attorney about this already, this is why we buy the OSHA approved one.
Im done with this subject, as its a no brainer.
