I tried a search but couldn't find a specific answer. So any help is appreciated.

I have a 1983 Kubota B6200 with a 48" MMM model RC48-62H.

I need to replace the mower blades and the bolts are frozen on pretty hard. Which way to loosen the bolts? Should they be reversed, like righty loosey?

Thanks.

Just did my 60"MMM on a BX2660, I had the same question from thinking I had heard tighten/loosen different than everything else but was informed righty tightey and lefty loosey just like most things and was informed right.

Thanks. Mine too. I called the dealer, bought blades from them. They told me and they were right. Boy it took a lot to break them free. I put WD-40 no go. Then I put PB on it and a long breaker bar. My air impact would not touch it.

All good now. :)
