FOR AL YOU DEALERS

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A GRILL GUARD! I PICKED UP MY 2516 HST, FEL, 60" MOWER, 50" ROTO TILLER ON APRIL 8th 2010 AND TOLD THE DEALER TO ORDER ME A GRILL GUARD. STOPPED TWICE ON MY WAY HOME AND NOTHING. CALLED LAST FRI AND WAS TOLD IT WAS IN. SAT MORNING HE CALLED AND SAID NO IT WAS FOR ANOTHER TRACTOR. E-MAILED MAHINDRA TWICE AND NO REPLY FROM THEM EITHER. GETTING A LITTLE PISSED OFF ABOUT THIS. ANY INPUT!

I got a load of tractors a couple of weeks ago and had grill guards order for all of them...Truck showed up with the tractors and no grill guards...Called Mahindra and they said they were all on back order??:confused2:

Just in case your dealer is not aware of it...The 1815/16 grill guard will work on your machine also.
I do have grill guards in stock so if you want to have your dealer call me I will give him one of mine for you.:thumbsup:

It took about 4-6 weeks for mine to come in for my 2816.

As I remember it, it took a long while to get my grill guard in for my 6520.

Mine was from KMW. Sometimes Mahindra:thumbsup: has no control over other company's goods.

Lucky I guess. Took 2 weeks for my 4110 grill guard.

Mahindra orders certain quantities and KMW builds them. But they don't build one at a time, so if Mahindra mis-calculates demand and then some dealer needs one grill guard it can be a problem until KMW makes another production run of that product. Best in this situation for the dealer to check around and see if one of his neighboring dealers has one in stock.
