Oil & Fuel Off road diesel in Northern Virginia

Farmers contractors construction companies landscapers
excavators & loggers in his area are using off road.
All he has to do is ask them where they get it.
Once he finds that out just get a 30 or 55 gallon Drum and have off road delivered.

Does anyone know of places that sell off-road diesel in Northern Virginia, especially near Fairfax or Manassas.
The only place I've found is Southern States in Chantilly. Quarles sells it too but requires a commecial account.

Why would you need a commercial account to acquire non taxed fuel?
The tax is determined by where the fuel is used not by who buys it.
What you're saying don't make sense.

True that price is the big factor, but I noticed that the off-road diesel offered at my local distributor has a much higher sulphur content. Since the sticker on my BX25 stresses that only low-sulphur fuel should be used, I pay the extra and go with the on-road fuel.

On road off road
diesel fuel oil and HHO
are all the same thing here .
I'd say most if not all refineries have converted to ULSD since it was introduced several years ago.
