Let me start out by saying that I have owned a Kioti for over 20 years. It is a LB1714 with fel, and has been a great machine with less then $150 in new
parts in that time. About 2 months ago I decided to get a newer tractor and
when I visited Wallace tractor, Rick explained he could not talk orange as he was unsure what his status was going to be. I sort of had my eye on a CK30gear. I called a couple of weeks later and found out no more Kioti and the ones on the lot were leaving the next day, and I didn't know what the story was on Bobcat. Another week went by and I needed a part for my tractor, called another dealer and was told the number I had was no good even though it was right out of the Kioti parts book. Since it was a Saturday my wife and I decided to take a ride down to Ricks and see what my options were if I could not get the part. Now I knew they no longer carried Kioti and could have told me too bad go see someone that carries Kioti. Rick was not in. Amy found a good number as they use to stock the part, then looked up the inventory sheets of Kioti parts they had boxed to send back and found the box number. She went out back opened the box and handed me the part I needed. What terrific people to have on your side. Other dealers take note, because of this great service I now have the best of two worlds, a new Bobcat CT235, and a terrific dealer. WHAT WAS KIOTI THINKING?
