Just wanting info if you can damage the hydro pump operating the BH with the FEL lower than the BH, like digging a trench up a hill? If so how would someone recommend doing such a job. I have a 12" drain pipe that is about 150' in length that I am planning to replace. And other various jobs that would require use in such a manner?

I'm thinking the tractor will roll over (or be very unstable) before you have to worry about pump starvation. Just my guess...

Ditto. If you got close to starvation, I should think you'd notice a drop in performance pretty quickly as well....

Ok,thanks for all the info. Wasn't sure if you could use it on an incline due to pump starvation. The hill isn't that steep that you cannot mow it sidehill. I will be careful and have the hoe up the hill and nose the tractor down. Safely of course:thumbsup:
