How are these prices for Landpride RFM?

That's a little high---got my LandPride RFM60 for $1650 from my dealer where I purchased my tractor. The First Choice looks just like my Land pride but at a better price. Of course my dealer had it in Kubota color.

I thought it was a little high too, that is why I posted on here to get some opinions. I'd rather stay in the 1500-1700 range. Of course good quality is a must. I don't have to many options around here, Landpride, Bush Hog and whatever the Deere dealer has. I plan to go looking tomorrow.

The weight on a 7 ft First Choice is 828 lbs, what is Landpride weigh in at? Ken Sweet

Depending on where you are in MD, give Greenline Service (John Deere dealer) in Fredericksburg VA a call. A buddy of mine bought from them 2 months ago & gave right at $1500 for a 72" (I'm pretty sure it was a 72" anyway, I'll double check tomorrow); they have both the landpride standard color as well as JD green in several sizes, same price for either color.

A buddy of mine bought from them 2 months ago & gave right at $1500 for a 72" (I'm pretty sure it was a 72" anyway, I'll double check tomorrow); they have both the landpride standard color as well as JD green in several sizes, same price for either color.

UPDATE:

So I decided on the Landpride FDR1660 (60 inch) finish mower. I picked it up from my Kubota dealer this afternoon. They knocked a little off the price and I was really pleased with the build quality of the Landpride.

I mowed with it this evening for about an hour and a half. I gotta say this thing really gives a nice cut. I'm no professional farmer, landscaper, etc but I've been cutting grass for many years and this mower gives a nice cut.

I was incorrect on the 72" mower, he purchased the 60" for $1500.00 the 72" was $100.00 more, I called him today and got my facts straight.
