I am more than comfortable doing my own service. My dad owned a logging and landscaping company and i also grew up on a farm. The only problem was I have a new 7 month old daughter and the closest dear is 4.5hr away one way :(.
Good thought on the bobcat i already have a inquire in on that same model with a cab. The dealer is just 10miles down the highway from my house.

Yeah, I have a 18-month old and definitely would not put them in the car for over 4 hours to go tractor shopping. I'm still sane.

The close Bobcat dealer sounds like a win, I guess the Bobcat version has a few changes for the good like a better suspension seat. The loader and backhoe are from different companies (Rhino instead of Kioti) so the specs will be different. Maybe higher - maybe lower but still a great tractor!

I own a B3030 HSDC and love it. After having recently helped a friend looking for a new tractor, I'd take a strong look at the KIOTI if close quarter mowing isn't a primary function. No factory front blower either but one heck of a nice unit for the price and the right usage. If you get the Kubota LOAD THE TIRES.

I had the rear turf tires on my 3030 filled with rim guard, i did not find it to be any more top heavy than other cab tractors i have operated?

I have a Montana cab tractor. Here is East Texas where the weather tomorrow is going to be in tripple digits it is a god send. I wouldn't trade it for anything.
It's been a great tractor the 4940C but unfortunately since J.B. Hunt died the whole Montana organization has gone to pot. The dealer network has really collapsed.
Too bad too the tractors are really nice and easy to work on if you have a problem.
They are built by LS which is a subsidiary of LG with the Mitsubishi engine.

There are others like Branson, LS, etc. that make good cab tractors now.

You will not be disappointed with the cab tractor.....well worth the extra money.....

Good luck in your search.

If you want a "Factory Cab" in a John Deere, the 3000 series is where they start. The 3320, 3520, and 3720 are the models you want to research.

Kubota is 2271lbs "with ROPS", I don't believe that includes the cab weight.

Actually that is the weight with the cab, it is 1,852 lbs. without the cab.

I have looked also and I haven't found any tractors of this size with a factory cab, and I have almost decided this is the tractor for me. I have to see it and sit in it before I make my final decision. I will start hitting the dealers later this week.
Have you gotten any prices on one yet?

I am looking at a kubota 3030hsdc. Is there any other tractors with this frame size with a cab available. I have a dx45 right now and looking to down size. the 3030 is the prefect size but i would like to compare it to other tractors with cab but cant seem to find many.

In a factory cab the Kubota 3030HSDC holds a unique market spot. Closest John Deere is 3320 CAB but this is more a match to a Kubota L3240HSDC. If you would consider an aftermarket cab you have more tractor choices. But if the 3030 is the perfect size, then you have already found your perfect tractor.

My best quote is in the same ballpark. I was quoted 25,995 for tractor with cab, loader with 60 inch bucket, 60 inch Woods Heritage rotary cutter, ballast box, wheel spacers and tires filled with windhield washer fluid. There is an additional 700 off if you don't use Kubota financing.
